Creating harmony through music
Music Education
Private lessons are individually customized for each student depending on their age, playing level, and goals. Private lessons are one-on-one and held once per week. We offer private lessons for piano, violin, viola, cello, voice, ukulele, guitar, drums, and more.
Collaboration
We hold at least three core student performance events every school year. Events include our Fall Fest Open Mic, Winter Recitals, and our Spring Spectacular. These events give students a chance to collaborate with teachers and peers, broadening their horizons.
Community
Sounds of Carolina is an all-encompassing learning center that fosters community through shared experiences. We regularly hold events that are open to the public including faculty concerts, teacher training workshops, and masterclasses. We strive to celebrate music with togetherness.
Why Sounds of Carolina Music Academy?
We’ve enjoyed serving the Upstate, SC since 2016, helping musicians of all ages and levels create harmony through music. We have locations in downtown Anderson and in the West Village Arts District in Greenville. Our teachers hold Bachelor, Masters, and Doctorate degrees in music and have years of experience as professional musicians and teachers. Our services include private lessons on violin, viola, cello, piano, drum set, voice, ukulele, guitar, and electric bass.
