Meet your instructor
William Cline
William Cline teaches drum set at the Sounds of Carolina Greenville location. William Cline, a Greenville, SC native, began studying drums at age 8, attended the Fine Arts Center, played in the Young Artist Orchestra and FAC jazz combo, and earned a degree in commercial percussion from Belmont University in 2022; also skilled in piano and bass guitar, he is passionate about music and using teaching to inspire and uplift others.

Austin Cartee
Austin Cartee teaches drum set at the Sounds of Carolina Anderson location. Austin Cartee holds a masters degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Austin grew up playing percussion and drums in his church. Austin was a percussion student all throughout middle school and highschool, participating in many local bands and symphonies throughout the upstate. He also attended the Fine Arts Center in Greenville where he studied percussion, drums, and music theory. Currently, he is playing drums and music directing most Sundays at his church.
